How do I report a potential fraud or deception in the U.S.?

I received one of these on-line map shows that they can have access to a massive bank account abroad. I know that the letter is a scam, but you need to know who reported about it, a. I do not want to "Spam" button made because at least I try to catch these criminals, not to block. Can anyone help?

The appropriate Agency to report this scam letter to the U.S. – Federal Trade Commission. You have completed an online site for a form, reporting the fraudulent e-mail at: http://www. FTC. gov / bcp / ConLine / edcams / sp …
    Good luck.
