I paid a law firm $3000 up front to modify my loan. I gave them all the paperwork, they have passed my paperwork around to 5 different people and still nothing is getting done. I just found outï»¿ today that my lender has sent me a default letter. They intend to foreclose on my home and I am out of $3000 for what? I got fucked, I want to die.
